You will need to have ripe avocados for this recipe. Gather all your ingredients before you start to make the process smooth and easy.

Prepare the Avocados
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a little of the flesh to create a larger pocket for the stuffing.
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the canned beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. Mix until well combined.
Stuff the Avocados
Spoon the bean mixture into each avocado half, packing it in gently to hold its shape.
Finish with Lime
