Warm the Pan

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering (2 minutes) and prepare to add the chicken immediately after (2 minutes).

Add diced chicken breast to the hot oil. Sauté until cooked through and lightly browned (7 minutes) while stirring occasionally (2 minutes).

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Finally, add soy sauce and squeezed lemon for flavor. Mix well and remove from heat (2 minutes) while garnishing with fresh cilantro (1 minute). Include plating your dish (2 minutes).
