Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until translucent. Add the chicken breast and sear on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden.

Mix Cranberries

Cranberry

In a bowl, combine the cranberries, honey, and soy sauce. Pour this cranberry mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
