Cranberry Chicken Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients for easy access while cooking.

Prepare Chicken and Sauce
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until translucent. Add the chicken breast and sear on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden.
Mix Cranberries
In a bowl, combine the cranberries, honey, and soy sauce. Pour this cranberry mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
Bake the Dish
Add the vegetable broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
