Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry

Gather all ingredients and cookware ready. Rinse vegetables and chicken breast thoroughly.
Ingredients:

Prepare Ingredients

Wash and chop asparagus and broccoli. Mince garlic and ginger. Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Total preparation time includes washing and chopping.
Cook Chicken

In a hot pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chicken until browned and cooked through for about 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
Add Vegetables
Stir in chopped asparagus and broccoli, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Mix well.
Stir In Sauces
Pour soy sauce over the stir-fry, tossing to coat all ingredients evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
Plate and Finish
Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Garnish with additional herbs if desired. Allow to cool before storing any leftovers.
Enjoy!
Serve your chicken and asparagus stir-fry hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, and paired with steamed rice or noodles. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet for the best flavor retention.
