Gather your ingredients and make sure all vegetables are washed and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare a pot with water for boiling.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Boil the Vegetables
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling, add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Enjoy!
Serve the medley hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish pairs well with grilled chicken or fish.
