Baked Chicken Wings with Cabbage Slaw

Gather all ingredients and tools you need. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleaning.
Ingredients:

Prep Chicken Wings

Wash and dry the chicken wings thoroughly, then toss them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake Chicken Wings

Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.
Make Cabbage Slaw

While wings are baking, wash and chop the cabbage finely. Mince the garlic, and combine with lemon juice, olive oil, and dill to make a dressing.
Combine and Serve
Mix the chopped cabbage with the dressing. Once wings are done, remove and let rest before serving with cabbage slaw.
Enjoy!
Serve the baked chicken wings hot alongside the fresh cabbage slaw, drizzled with the lemon and dill dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Garnish with extra dill or lemon wedges if desired.
