Banana Butter Beans Pasta

Prepare all ingredients and have a pot of salted water ready for boiling pasta. Make sure to drain and rinse the canned beans beforehand.
Ingredients:

Sauté Butter and Beans

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add drained canned beans and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Cook Pasta and Add Bananas

Meanwhile, cook your pasta in the boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the last minute of cooking, add sliced banana to the pasta. Drain and combine with the butter bean mixture.
Enjoy!
Serve the pasta warm, topped with sliced bananas and a sprinkle of black pepper for a flavor kick. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Consider adding avocado slices or a dollop of yogurt for extra creaminess.
