Chicken Parmesan
Prepare the chicken by flattening it for even cooking. Gather all other ingredients for a smooth cooking process.

Prepare Chicken
Season 300g of chicken breast with salt and pepper. Dredge in 100g of bread crumbs, ensuring an even coat. Heat 30ml of olive oil in a skillet and fry until golden and cooked through.
Assemble with Sauce and Cheese
Top each piece of chicken with 100g of marinara sauce, followed by 100g of mozzarella and 50g of grated Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy
Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from oven and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with basil for added flavor.

Serve hot over spaghetti or with a side salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, reheating in the oven to keep the chicken crispy.
