Baked Chicken Wings with Blackberry Glaze
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
Arrange the coated chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Make the Blackberry Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the blackberries and honey. Cook until the blackberries have softened and the mixture is syrupy, about 10 minutes.
Glaze the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the blackberry glaze until thoroughly coated. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to set the glaze.
