Stir-Fried Chicken with Bok Choy
Prepare your ingredients by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips, chopping the bok choy, and mincing the garlic. Have the soy sauce measured and ready for use.
Ingredients:
Prepare the ingredients
In this first step, heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cook the chicken
Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan with the garlic. Stir-fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until it's cooked through and no longer pink. Ensure it's cooked evenly.
Add bok choy and sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, add the bok choy to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is wilted. Finally, drizzle the soy sauce over the stir-fry, mixing everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir-fried chicken with bok choy hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
