Shrimp and Macaroni in Citrus Cream Sauce

Gather all ingredients and cookware. Cook macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté Shrimp and Onion



In a pan, add shrimp and diced onion. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and onions are translucent.
Prepare Citrus Cream Sauce





In the same pan, reduce heat and add butter, juice of the lemon, milk, and grated parmesan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, approximately 5 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
Finish and Serve


Once everything is combined and heated through, serve the shrimp and macaroni topped with chopped cilantro.
