Chicken Piccata

Prepare the chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add chicken and cook until golden on both sides.
Make the sauce
Remove chicken from the skillet and add broth to deglaze. Squeeze in lemon juice, add capers, and bring to a simmer.
Combine and serve
