Grilled Beef and Asparagus Skewers
Prepare your grill or grill pan and preheat it to medium-high heat. Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and trim the asparagus to fit on skewers.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the cubed beef, trimmed asparagus, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to ensure everything is coated.
Assemble the Skewers
Thread the beef cubes and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between the two. Make sure to leave some space between each piece for even cooking.
Grill the Skewers
Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the asparagus is tender.
Enjoy!
Serve your skewers with a sprinkle of fresh lemon juice and a side of your favorite dipping sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
