Chicken Parmesan
Gather your ingredients, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.

Prepare the chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Next, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add the butter
Melt the butter in the same pan where the chicken was cooked, letting it foam before removing from heat.
Bake with cheese and tomato
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with sliced tomatoes and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
