Boil water in a large pot for pasta. Make sure the water is salted well before adding pasta.

Cook the Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook until al dente according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced garlic. Sauté until golden brown.

Combine and Serve

Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water. Toss the pasta with garlic oil, adding reserved water if needed. Garnish with parsley before serving.
