Fried Cauliflower and Chickpeas
Prepare your ingredients by washing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, and mince the garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, drained chickpeas, and minced garlic. Toss them together until well mixed.
Fry the Mixture
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cauliflower and chickpeas. Fry for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.

Serve the fried cauliflower and chickpeas warm, garnished with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
