Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Pasta

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside. This step takes time to boil water and cook pasta properly.
Sauté the Mushrooms

Wash and slice the mushrooms, then sauté them in a skillet over medium heat until they release moisture and brown, about 5 minutes.
Add Spinach

Add spinach to the skillet with the mushrooms, stirring until wilted, which takes about 2 minutes. This step enhances the flavors and adds nutrients.
Make the Creamy Sauce




In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter, minced garlic, milk, and parmesan. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the mushrooms and spinach well, about 5 minutes.
