Sweet Banana and Blackberry Oatmeal
Gather all your ingredients and a saucepan. Measure out your oats, banana, and blackberries beforehand for easier cooking.
Ingredients:
Cook the Oats
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add 50g of oat flakes. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the Banana
Slice the banana and add it into the cooked oats. Stir gently to mix and let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Incorporate the Blackberries
Add 50g of blackberries to the mixture and stir gently. Allow it to heat through for another minute.
Sweeten and Flavor
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon for sweetness and flavor.
