Fried Cauliflower Tacos with Shrimp
Prepare your workspace by gathering all the ingredients and utensils you will need. Preheat your oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Cauliflower
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a bowl, toss with olive oil and minced garlic, coating well. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Fry the Cauliflower
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower florets and fry until golden brown and tender, about 7-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, add the shrimp to the cooked cauliflower. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, around 3-4 minutes. Stir in sliced cabbage and mix until wilted.
Assemble the Tacos
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Place the cauliflower and shrimp mixture onto each tortilla. Top with fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
Enjoy!
Serve your tacos with a squeeze of lime and a scatter of fresh cilantro on top. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy with your favorite salsa or hot sauce for added flavor!
