Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Chicken and Garlic
Gather all ingredients and chop the bok choy and garlic. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast pieces and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Garlic and Cook

Add Bok Choy and Sauce
Stir in the bok choy and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bok choy is tender but still crisp.
