Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Gather your ingredients and prepare to cook the pasta while preparing the sauce. Have a pot of salted water boiling for cooking the spaghetti.
Ingredients:
Sauté Garlic
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Cook Pasta
In the boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Combine and Toss
Add the drained pasta to the pan with garlic, tossing to combine. If too dry, add reserved pasta water as needed.
Enjoy!
Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
