Chicken Stir-Fry
Prepare your ingredients beforehand; cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and chop the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic and have your soy sauce ready.
Ingredients:
Sauté the chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add chicken breast pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add broccoli and soy sauce
Once the chicken is browned, add the broccoli florets to the pan. Stir well, then add soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Enjoy!
Serve your Chicken Stir-Fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onion. It pairs well with steamed rice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
