Pasta Primavera
Boil water and get ready to cook the pasta; prepare the vegetables for cooking; have all ingredients within easy reach.
Ingredients:
Cook the pasta
Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook 200g of pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the vegetables
In the same pot, steam or boil 100g of broccoli and 100g of cauliflower for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the garlic
In a skillet, heat 15ml of olive oil over medium heat. Add 5g of minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Combine and serve
Add the cooked pasta and vegetables to the skillet, toss together, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve topped with 30g of Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy!
Serve the pasta garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese on top. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
