Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Prepare your lemon by juicing it.

Sear the Chicken

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add more butter, capers, lemon juice, and broth. Scrape down the pan and simmer until slightly thickened. Return chicken to coat with the sauce.
