Pasta with Broccoli and Garlic
Prepare the ingredients by chopping the broccoli into small florets and mincing the garlic.
Ingredients:
Cook pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté broccoli and garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Combine ingredients
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with broccoli and garlic. Toss together and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
