Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Cook Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast cubes and cook until lightly golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.

Add minced garlic and broccoli to the skillet, stir-frying for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet crisp. Pour in soy sauce and stir well to combine all the flavors.
