Shrimp Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli, and peeling the shrimp. Get all your ingredients ready before starting.

Sauté the shrimp




Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the shrimp and cook until pink.
Add broccoli

Add chopped broccoli to the pan with the shrimp. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
Finish with sauce

Pour in soy sauce and stir well to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir-fry hot over a bed of steamed rice or noodles. You can garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
