Gather all ingredients and prepare a pot of boiling water for the pasta.

Cook the pasta

Olive oil

Boil 200g of pasta in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes.

Prepare the chicken

Meanwhile, in a pan, heat 10g of olive oil over medium heat. Add 150g of diced chicken breast and 5g of minced garlic. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.

Combine and serve

Parmesan
50 grams
Tomato
100 grams

Drain the pasta and add it to the chicken in the pan. Mix in 100g of diced tomato and 50g of grated Parmesan. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
