Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
Make sure to have all your ingredients ready, including fresh eggs and good quality cheese, to make this classic dish shine!
Ingredients:
Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated cheese, and a generous amount of black pepper.
Combine ingredients
In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the diced pork belly and minced garlic until crisp. Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan before removing from heat. Mix in the egg mixture quickly to create a creamy sauce.
