Tiramisu Cups

Prepare strong coffee and allow it to cool. Separate the egg yolks and whites in advance for easier mixing.
Ingredients:




Soak the Ladyfingers

Dip ladyfingers quickly in the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
Make the Cream Mixture

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until fluffy, then mix in mascarpone until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the mascarpone mixture. Layer atop the ladyfingers.
Chill the Cups

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Enjoy!
