Stir-fried Bok Choy with Cauliflower and Garlic

Start by washing the bok choy and cauliflower thoroughly. Chop the cauliflower into small florets and finely mince the garlic. Heat a wok or a large frying pan over medium-high heat and have all your ingredients ready to stir-fry.
Ingredients:

Heat the Oil and Stir-fry Garlic

In a hot wok, add the olive oil and then add the minced garlic. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Add Vegetables and Finalize Cooking

Add the chopped cauliflower and bok choy to the wok. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together for another minute. Remove from heat.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir-fried bok choy and cauliflower hot, garnished with sesame seeds or crushed peanuts if desired. It pairs well with rice or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
