Gather all the ingredients and find a pot for boiling pasta and a skillet for chicken.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast
300 grams
Olive oil
20 grams
Tomato
150 grams
Garlic

Cook the Pasta

200 grams

Boil salted water in a large pot. Add 200g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Prepare the Chicken

Chicken breast

Olive oil
20 grams
Garlic
5 grams

In a skillet, heat 20g of olive oil over medium heat. Add 300g of diced chicken breast and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in 5g of minced garlic.

Combine Ingredients

Tomato
150 grams

Add the cooked pasta and 150g of chopped tomato into the skillet with chicken. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat within two days.
