Tropical Shrimp Tacos

Make sure your shrimp is cleaned and deveined. Chop the pineapple and finely chop the cilantro as well.

Ingredients:

Shrimp
300 grams
Tortillas
2 grams
Pineapple
100 grams
Cilantro
5 grams
Lime

Cook the Shrimp

Shrimp

Pineapple
100 grams

Sauté shrimp in a pan with olive oil over medium heat until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add chopped pineapple and cook for another 2 minutes.

Assemble the Tacos

Cilantro

Lime

Warm tortillas on the grill or in a pan. Fill each with shrimp mixture and top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.

Serve these tacos with a lime wedge on the side for an extra zesty touch. Enjoy fresh, but they can also be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
