Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Gather all ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to boil for the pasta.

Ingredients:

Pasta

Chicken breast
150 grams
Butter
30 grams
Parmesan
50 grams
Garlic
5 grams
Milk
100 ml

Cook the Pasta

Add pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken

Chicken breast

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breast for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce

Butter
30 grams
Garlic
5 grams

In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add milk, stir, and cook for about 2 minutes.

Combine Ingredients

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Gradually add grated Parmesan, stirring until melted.

Plate the pasta and garnish with sliced chicken and more Parmesan if desired.
