Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Garlic and Shrimp
Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the bok choy. Mince the garlic and clean the shrimp. Gather all your ingredients and tools before cooking.

Sauté Garlic and Bok Choy
In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems tender.
Add Shrimp and Season
Add the shrimp to the skillet with the bok choy and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine, cooking for another minute.
Enjoy!
Serve hot and garnish with additional garlic or sesame seeds if desired. This dish pairs well with rice or quinoa. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
