Prepare and chop the onion and garlic, and rinse the chickpeas if using canned ones.

Coconut milk

Sauté Aromatics

Chickpeas

Heat a pot over medium heat, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and chopped chili pepper until fragrant.

Add Chickpeas

Coconut milk
200 ml

Stir in the chickpeas and cook for a few minutes before adding coconut milk.

Spinach

Once the mixture is bubbling, add the spinach and cook until wilted.
