Italian Salsa Verde Chicken Wings
Make sure to preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
Make the Salsa Verde
In a separate bowl, mix chopped parsley, finely chopped anchovy, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir well to combine, then season with salt and pepper.
Bake the Wings
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the lined baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve with Salsa Verde
Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve hot with the salsa verde on the side for dipping.
