Mushroom Risotto

Prepare your vegetable broth in advance and keep it warm on the stove. Chop the mushrooms and have even portions ready for cooking.

Sauté Ingredients

In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft.

Stir in arborio rice, coating it with butter, and cook for a few minutes until slightly translucent.
