Mushroom Risotto
Prepare your vegetable broth in advance and keep it warm on the stove. Chop the mushrooms and have even portions ready for cooking.

Sauté Ingredients
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft.
Add Rice
Stir in arborio rice, coating it with butter, and cook for a few minutes until slightly translucent.
Create the Risotto
Add warm vegetable broth gradually, stirring continuously until absorbed. Finish with grated Parmesan and serve hot.
