In a bowl, mix olive oil, juice of lemon, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Add the chicken breast and ensure it's well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 75°C.
