Chicken Teriyaki
Prepare a skillet and cook the rice according to package instructions before starting the chicken.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and a little water. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken and Broccoli
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced chicken breast and cook until browned. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli until tender.
Serve the Dish
Place the cooked rice on a plate, top with the chicken teriyaki, and serve the steamed broccoli on the side.
