Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Prepare your grill and skewers while you mix the marinade for the shrimp. Make sure to soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
Ingredients:
Marinate the shrimp
In a bowl, combine shrimp, juice of the lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Toss to coat and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill and serve
Preheat the grill, thread shrimp onto skewers, and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
