Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry
Prepare your ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp, chopping the vegetables, and having the soy sauce ready. Stir-frying is a quick process, so have everything at hand.
Ingredients:
Sauté Shrimp
In a skillet, heat sunflower oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir-Fry Vegetables
Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp. Drizzle in soy sauce and toss to coat.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped scallions. Pair it with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
