Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
Prepare all your ingredients by cutting the chicken breast into thin strips, mincing the garlic, and chopping the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Ingredients:
Sauté the Chicken
Heat sunflower oil in a hot pan. Add the chicken breast and minced garlic. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, stirring frequently.
Add Vegetables
Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped bell pepper and onion into the pan. Stir everything together and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Season and Spice Up
Reduce heat and stir in soy sauce and chopped chili pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish and Serve
Remove the stir-fry from heat. Plate the dish and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Enjoy!
Serve your spicy chicken stir-fry hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
