Oven-Baked Salmon with Asparagus and Cabbage
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Ingredients
On a clean surface, place the salmon fillet, asparagus, and cabbage. Rinse each ingredient under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the asparagus to a uniform length and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
Season and Arrange
Place the salmon in the center of a baking sheet. Arrange the asparagus and cabbage around the salmon. Drizzle olive oil over all ingredients and sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bake the Dish
Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
Serve and Enjoy
Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Plate the salmon with the asparagus and cabbage beside it.
Enjoy!
Serve the salmon garnished with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to two days and gently reheated in the oven. Enjoy with a side of quinoa for a complete meal.
