Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Prepare ingredients by boiling water for pasta and finely chopping garlic.
Ingredients:






Boil the Pasta


Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken Breast


In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce


In the same pan, add chopped garlic and diced tomatoes to the skillet with the chicken. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
Enjoy!
Serve the dish with some fresh basil and a side salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
