Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Gather all ingredients and have a pot of salted water ready to boil for the pasta.

Ingredients:

Pasta

Shrimp
200 grams
Garlic
5 grams
Butter
50 grams
Olive oil
10 grams
Lemon
20 grams
Parsley
5 grams

Cook the Pasta

Pasta
200 grams

In a pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions for approximately 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the Shrimp

Shrimp
200 grams
Garlic
5 grams

Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Mince the garlic.

Sauté the Shrimp

Butter
50 grams
Olive oil
10 grams

In a pan, heat olive oil and half the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.

Mix Pasta and Sauce

Lemon
20 grams

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with shrimp. Stir in the remaining butter and lemon juice until well combined.

Garnish and Serve

Parsley

Plate the pasta and shrimp, garnishing with chopped parsley and extra lemon.
