Steam the cabbage
In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add the chopped cabbage and garlic, cover, and steam for 10 minutes until tender.
Combine and finish
Once the cabbage is done, add chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil, and stir to combine. Heat through for another 2 minutes.
