In a mixing bowl, combine chicken wings with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the wings out on the prepared baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes to achieve crispy skin.

Make the Blackberry Sauce

While the wings are baking, prepare the blackberry sauce. In a small saucepan, combine blackberries and honey over medium heat. Cook until the blackberries soften and begin to break down, about 10 minutes. Mash the mixture for a smoother sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Finish and Serve

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. Drizzle the blackberry sauce over the wings and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly. Take them out, and let them cool for a minute before serving.

Enjoy!

Serve your roasted chicken wings drizzled with the blackberry sauce. They pair well with a side of veggies or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to garnish with fresh herbs for an extra touch!
