Prepare your grill and let it heat up. Marinade chicken ahead for better flavor.

Marinate the Chicken

Parsley

In a bowl, mix juice of 1 lemon, 15ml olive oil, chopped garlic (2 cloves), and chopped parsley (5g). Add 200g chicken breast, coat well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Serve with a side of crispy lettuce and a slice of lemon to enhance the presentation. This chicken can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add some extra parsley for garnish!
