Fried Cauliflower and Chickpea Patties
Prepare your ingredients by chopping the cauliflower, onion, and cilantro. Rinse the chickpeas and mash them lightly.

Prepare the Vegetable Mix
In a large bowl, combine chopped cauliflower, onion, garlic, and cilantro. Add the chickpeas and mix until well combined.
Mash and Season
Use a fork to lightly mash the chickpeas in the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Form the Patties
Add flour to the mixture and mix until the consistency allows you to form patties. Shape into 8 equal patties.
Fry the Patties
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Enjoy!
Serve the patties hot with a side of yogurt or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Garnish with extra cilantro or a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavor!
